Brownie Slab

Brownie slabs can be pre-ordered for pick up from Hammond Park or Hilton. Minimum 5 days notice needed for order.

Choose an 8 inch or a 10 inch of your favourite brownie. Available as a whole slab, or cut into the number of piece of your choosing. These slabs are made to order. They will keep in the fridge for up to a week or they can be frozen for up to 3 months.  

Anzac Brownie Slab - An ode to the classic Anzac Bickie - an oat biscuit base topped with chocolate brownie, golden syrup caramel, more chunks of bickies and a milk chocolate drizzle.
Biscoff Spiced Brownie Slab - Chocolate brownie with speculoos spice, topped with biscoff caramel, chunks of biscoff biscuits and a white chocolate drizzle.
Choc Chip Cookie Brownie Slab - Choc chip cookie base topped with chocolate brownie, salted caramel and chunks of choc chip cookies.
Caramel Cornflake Brownie Slab - Chocolate brownie topped with a chunky layer of malted caramel cornflakes. Like a Honey Joy for grown ups.
Cherry Ripe Brownie Slab - Chocolate brownie full of cherries, with a coconut cherry topping, a dark chocolate drizzle and chunks of cherry ripe.
Mint Slice Brownie Slab - Chocolate brownie topped with a layer mint filling, dark chocolate, mint aero chocolate and mint slice biscuits.
Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Slab - Chocolate brownie topped with peanut butter caramel, Reese's peanut butter cups, maldon salt flakes with a chocolate peanut butter drizzle.
Rocky Road & Turkish Delight Brownie Slab - Chocolate brownie topped with caramel, chunks of Turkish Delight, and decadent rocky road with marshmallow, peanuts, shredded coconut.
