Flavour of the Month October / Birthday Brownie- It's our 3rd birthday, let's celebrate with a Birthday Brownie! We bake clinkers in our fudgey choc brownie, top it with a layer of chewy caramel and white chocolate with sprinkles and pop rocks, and throw on a kid's party lolly bag for all the nostalgia. Anzac Brownie- An ode to the classic Anzac Bickie - an Anzac biscuit base topped with chocolate brownie, caramel, golden syrup, more chunks of Anzac bickies and a caramilk chocolate drizzle. Biscoff Spiced Brownie- Chocolate brownie with biscoff spice, topped with caramel, biscoff spread, chunks of biscoff biscuits and a white chocolate drizzle. Caramel Slice Brownie- Inspired by an Aussie bakery classic, we start with a biscuit base, topped with chocolate brownie, a thick layer of dulce de leche caramel and finished with a layer of chocolate. Ferrero Rocher & Nutella Brownie- Chocolate brownie topped with caramel, nutella, roasted hazelnuts, wafer pieces and chunks of Ferrero Rocher. Honey Joy Brownie - Chocolate brownie topped with a chunky layer of malted caramel cornflakes. It's like a Honey Joy for grown ups. Mint Slice Brownie- Chocolate brownie topped with a layer of mint filling, dark chocolate, mint aero chocolate and mint slice biscuits. Rocky Road & Turkish Delight Brownie- Chocolate brownie topped with caramel, chunks of Turkish Delight, and decadent rocky road with marshmallows, shredded coconut and scotch finger biscuits. Sticky Date Brownie- It's a little bit brownie, a little bit pudding and 100% awesome. We add dates to our classic brownie and pair it with a homemade Butterscotch Sauce. Made with Gluten Free ingredients. Twix Blondie- Shortbread base topped with white choc blondie, a thick layer of chewy caramel, milk chocolate and a chunk of Twix.
